A Little Nosh at Nespresso - SoHo

I had to take a break from all of my holiday shopping and Christmas window gazing over the weekend and was relieved to find comfort and a little nosh on Prince Street at Nespresso.

Inside Nespresso
I love, love, love this place because it has lite bites to ease your hunger pangs and little energy boosters to help you continue on with your shopping in SoHo.  It is also a few doors down from Georgetown Cupcake which is a weakness of mine.

Lite Bites
They were out of the burgers so I decided to get the Grilled Cheese.  This was not your everyday grilled cheese.  This sandwich was made with fontina and cave aged gruyere with truffle butter--{drooling}.  This dish comes with a small cup of soup which was supposed to be Tomato Basil but they were out of that too so the replacement soup was Cauliflower.  At first I was a little annoyed but the Cauliflower Soup was so delish I quickly forgave them.  It also comes with a mini-salad.

My Second Choice

Energy Booster
I just had to try the Monthly Grand Cru Pairing which Nespresso calls "The Perfect Match".  The Livanto & French Caramel Canele really are perfect and only costs $9.
No Guilt Here!
Livanto is a blend of Central and South American Arabicas and Caneles are delicious pastries which are soft on the inside and textured on the outside.  I did not feel guilty for indulging because they are so little they really don't count.

The next time you find yourself in the area stop by and have a little nosh at Nespresso.
